Selbourne Homes have received the Premier Guarantee Regional Winner Award in the Medium Development of the Year Category for the Rhubarb development in Wordsley.

In what will be the first significant housing developments to emerge since the end of the recession Selbourne Homes have announced the submission of 2 planning applications.

On High Street Kingswinford a former transport yard will be transformed into a development of 11no two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached houses.
